How deep was it?

Just for fun anyone want to guess how deep these two items were buried.

Guess ya need a hint or two. Long years ago. San Jacinto Battlegrounds.

Just in feet....no inches needed.
More hints..... big one this time

Subsidence is a major factor in the south east Texas area. Metal detecting can be extremely frustrating. Additionally these two pieces are heavy.

Good guess Mark but no. Cluton - yup, lots of history packed into a short timeline.
