Uniface, any ideas on these? Or anyone else?
I have been trying to learn the different ways of looking at flaking! Uniface sent me some good info on this and his posts get alot ideas! Just getting some ideas on these, all these have to potential of being paleo, although many time frames are found on my sites! So what do y'all think on time frames and explain why, if possible!!

It's tough to say on stuff like that, Clute, especially from close up pictures. You want somebody who knows Texas stuff and has paid good attention to what else turns up with given point styles.
The next-to-the-bottom one looks like a round flake core, and they all look more like cores than anything intentional as far as outline, thickness, design &c. Over a span of 10,000 years, there was probably enough variation to keep anybody busy for a lifetime cataloguing and correlating it. All I know about from Texas is paleo, and not nearly enough about that. ![]() So I would if I could but I can't so I won't.
