Downloaded a free app called U.S. Army Survival Guide. I'm not into that survivalist stuff but the edible plants part was very interesting. After reading through it you will see a lot that comes from primitive technology.

Funny that it is an ap. Who gets lost, trying to survive with their cell phone working?

Check out "Arrowhead Collector" it lets you take a pic of your finds then it will catalog your gps location and you can refer to your map and see where all your finds near you when your hunting if you have a smartphone you should check it out I love it!!

I. Don't know about that app for gps, I think somebody can see maybe not your friends or other guys that look for heads, but the app manager and staf can I think..

Google earth and a free topo/gps app are super helpful apps to me. I keep the location services turned off on my phone camera.
