missouri state pow wow pics

here are some pics of the pow wow my family attended this weekend unfortunately i got sick and had to stay home today and was forced to leave way to early but i managed to get a few shots for everyone to see . the first shot is of the drum group the second is of the mens gourd society, the rest is inter tribal group dancing.

much better this evening man i hate when it comes from both ends LOL!!! but at least i managed to snag a few shots there was over 60 dancers on sunday but i was not there for some pics man those folks put a lot of time and effort into their regalia it's a super time i wish i could of been there for the closing ceremony thats when all the dancers get to show their stuff it's a hoot !!! at least i could share some pics with you all i had fun while i could !!

Kent, I have been to a few of those pow wows in the western states. They are quite awe inspiring, and the Navajo tacos are great!

no problem i wish i could of stayed for the whole deal but the sickness was kicking my butt !!! i couldn't wait no longer LOL!!!
