Anybody heard of pipe maker Blue Cloud?

My friend bought this pipe a while back and had it on display in his home.I thought it would look good in my arrowhead room so I traded him some points for it.He gave me the paperwork he received when he purchased it.It says that Blue Cloud is a third generation pipe maker. The stem is made of Ash and has a raised lizard or turtle on it.It is 18 3/4" long. The bowl is made of Pipestone that came from Blue Clouds private mine. The length is 7 1/2".Just wondering if anybody has heard of him or maybe own some of his work.My sleeping guard dog looks real ready for action doesn't he?

I googled Blue Cloud Pipemaker but I don't know how to put up the link. He is Mah Pito a 61 year old Ogala Souix that has been a traditional pipemaker for 40 years.

in traditional Sioux culture the pipe and the stem are never left together always put together when you begin your prayers a pipe is not for making peace with the white man as most would think. it is for ceremony and prayers , although that is a very nice example by a traditional pipe maker.
