New finds, Past 2 Days

Hey everyone, these points are from the past two days of hunting at two different spots on the river. The biggest one(far left) and the bird point(far right) I found at my honey hole while picking thru some new flint that had washed out of the bank after we had a bit of rain. I was really exciting to find them both especially the bigger one it kinda has a bullseye pattern going on near the tip. The two in the middle I found yesterday at a new spot, the smaller of the two I found laying in about four inches of water and the bigger one I got super lucky in finding. Someone had dug a couple new drainage ditches that went from about 50 yards into the woods all the way to the river bank. I went and looked thru the piles of dirt they left and started spotting some flint so I started looking hard for points and just happend to find this one barely sticking out of a large clod of dirt. I am really terrible in trying to type points so if anyone could help me out with any of these I would very much appreciate the help. Thanks for looking.

nice finds, cant help much on typing , but i use LITHICS.NET.COM to try and identify some of my stuff, there are a couple more sites like this that should help you with identification, just try typing it in, maybe illinois arrowhead types or something like that, thanks for the show , good luck hunting, oh by the way i always get more response if i try and type my stuff myself, then ask if im right ,and everyone chimes in WRONG or something lol

Very nice pieces, cool lithic as well, esp. on the big one...keep checking back at those drainage ditches ( why'd they dig them there anyway?)

Thanks everyone for your comments, and Buckeye I think that the reason they dug those drainage ditches was to drain the area between the road and the riverbank. There were two ditches dug that started at the road and then came together forming a Y that then went straight to the river. They must have been having trouble with runoff from the road that was pooling in a low spot between there and the riverbank. And Mark I hope someday that I might be lucky enough to find something Paleo related while hunting the river, it has been very good to me much better than field hunting has. Thanks Doug.
