I here ya,,Definately worth it,,,no pain no gain in this day and age of artifact huntin' LOL,,, I usually take a couple of aspirin prior to a long day diggin' or grubbin' and it helps a bit!

BTW,,,It sucks when your doin' pretty good and then this happens

Jeez Jason, I have been a landscaper for more than a few years now and I have yet to see a shovel break like that! Good Job. Thanks everyone for your comments, I love being able to show my finds to people that are actually interested in seeing them. Thanks again, Doug.

It's probably a good time to tell you that you're illegally digging on public property. You can dig on private property with permission all you want, however when the ground is public it becomes illegal. I would suggest that you don't do it anymore but that's your call.

Walking the shore on public ground is one thing but digging is all together a different story. I hope you take the advice.
