The weather is holding and we keep digging today's finds Artifact Jacks first the points were far apart for him today but he found a killer paint pot / medicine bowl and a couple of points his finds on his lucky rock . My day was a little better point wise and I found a couple of tools and a little drill . My finds on top of screen and some washed photos. I need a few days off from digging so off to the east side for a few days surface hunting we leave wednesday for the mono lake California area for a few days And maybe Nevada .

You guys are still killing it. That 1 that Jack found looks like the biggest point that I have seen you guys dig up.

Hello Dennis
If you don't mind me asking....where do you like to hunt in the Mono Lake area? You can keep it vague. I'm just like to know when someone has been walking around in the backyard and so I can go the other way too. You know the wind blew really hard here last month. I mean really hard!
Good Luck.

Looks like you hit pay-dirt once again. Some nifty new find types for you two this time around. Love the clear quartz points that you guys find. I had to look twice to even notice this one. Good luck on the upcoming adventure.

A few more photos of our days dig. My first point of the day on the screen a thick clunky basalt point and my pile of dirt that was easy digging loose dark decomposed granite with a lot of charcoal bits and a little bone fragments just enough moisture to keep the dust down. It turns almost liquid like after passing threw the screen real fine particles. The chips run from microscopic to fist sized cores .

Really nice finds. Soil looks easy to dig in also.
