Firstview or Scottie

This was found a couple of weeks ago here in NE Texas by one of the well-known locals at one of the local watering holes that is known for surprises like this. It's one of the best points that has ever touched my hands.

It's about 2.5" long

Would you call it a Firstview or Scottsbluff ?
I'd say Firstview but would like to get some feedback.

Thanks
Mike

I look at a piece like that and I see something like a Holland type point vs a Scotty (like the one John is holding in his profile picture.)

KILLER!!! An NSR piece, I assume?
I'd go Scotty. Kenneth Bush had a few like that one.

Yes NSR.
I hunted with the owner and she let me hold it
Do you know PK ?

Someone told her it was an unfluted Clovis and I quickly quashed that idea as I pointed out the flaking style and 1mm shoulders... Man - What a piece.

We found a few yesterday - I'll try to post a pic later.
3 Mosasaur Jaw bones with teeth (broken off).
1 Gary
1 broken Ensor (Red / Yellow Chert)

Clovis preform?

Without knowing the dimensions, the point looks to be ground about 25% of the length. I have a Gault site Clovis pre-form that is very similar. If not for that similarity, the concave base , the flaking and the size I would say Plainview.

Nice point
