Help with a purchased point please.

I just picked this point up on flea bay. I think I got a really good price on it. It is said to be from Texas, ground base, Paleo flaking to a median ridge. I am new to buying points, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Chris

What type could it be, and about what it might sale far. I think I got a really good deal on it. I just don't know much about buying points. I think I got a good deal, but I might of over paid.

I dunno about Scottsbluff. I really wish it was. I guess I need a little experience on different types of artifacts before I start buying. The point has to be early I would think. It looks it to me.

Argohunter just by the photo i'd concentrate on making myself comfortable with the
tip area. I hate rechips, and nothing in that photo suggests rechipping on it, but the
rounded tip area is always something to look at. I'd say you loupe or scope that tip area
and you are good with it...nice piece.

I'd call it a Victoria - but I'm not sure that is Texas flint. Sure looks like a lot of Tennessee/Kentucky points I handle!
