I think I would have tought twice about having that darker second one restored unless you drilled and polished the hole that was present before you had it restored.

I love and think that Gomers work is second to none. I am just saying that point did not break that cleanly and it looks like a hole was drilled in that material and there is no way it broke that way without being drilled. polished inside to boot.

Wtg, they look more cornertang to me than midback,,
But they're great! Love the beveled sharpening on the creamy one.
But you could call em upside down tags if you wanted,, they're yours,, great finds!

Rockitman, that's the 3rd cornertang I've seen like that.. I assure you...
There was no hole drilled... that's crazy..! for some reason.. often times those tangs are the first things to go.. whether it heat popped off, or there was a weak spot in the rock there idk... but nobody drilled it.. I've seen those type of breaks on several things..
