West Texas Point.
Material is Alibates and my guess on this type is Scottsbluff but I'm looking forward to hear your thoughts on this type.

Could be an early stemmed or a Lange. Is the base ground at all? J

Sweet point I love the multi colored ones, that will look great in the frame. I dont think scotty but do see how it could be viewed as such.

Figueroa fits best. I've got several from West Texas and it's a fairly common point type.
