Texas is awesome

I arrived in texas and today decided to try a pay dig to learn the ropes a little. I started with hitting some good flakes and rocks/charcoal, than found a good small point. I continued really working that area and found a broke larger one, a small blade, and a perdez. I worked it a lot more anddidnt find much more. later on I moved over a bit and started picking, when I saw some flint sticking out, and it came to be a larger blade with the tip missing. So I put the pick a few inches behind and pulled a whole mess of dirt into my lap, along with 3 more cache blades! They arent the nicest but It really made my day. So with beginners luck I dug out 2 good little arrowpoints, a small blade, and a cache of 4 blades! I hope the luck continues

Thank you chris, It was just luck, and I will probably never experience that again. I wish I had a picture of myself when the other 3 came out!

Pay to dig? Just like pay to dig mining? For reals? Anyways nice finds, nice digs. I might have to check out that place called Texas.

And made of high quality looking material too! Looks like a nice little welcoming committee you dug for yourself.

And that Perdiz is really nice to. Most people overlook that bird points looking for the big stuff.
