New Search Feature

Not sure where to post this but a moderator can probably move it to where it is most appropriate!

What are the chances of adding a search for fellow members in a given area. As it looks now (at least as far as I have been able to discern) the only way to tell who lives in your area is to manually look at evryone's profile. A category on our profile dividing each state into four or five areas would make it great for those who like to communicate with their immediate neighbors.
This could be geographic divisions (North West, South East or Small regional divisions based on the type of hunting involved. For example, Southeast Texas south Louisiana have the sqame general topography. Another is plowed field walking, stream walking, burned rock midden vs shell middens. The idea would be to make it easier for both old and new members to identify even more with members sharing their geography and hunting techniques.

Just a thought for whatever it's worth.

'Tis a fine idea there Dick... some of the Flyfishing Boards I am still active on have such such a section on the Forum listing.. "Fishing Friends" or something to that effect...

Perhaps it would be easier to just add a "Arrowhead Hunting Buddies" feature or something like that.... Folks would simply post where they are located or where they plan to be on set dates and others could post that they live there and would help/ meet the person....

Are there any help files to go with this or could you please elaborate.
