bannana effigy
ok guys im not making any claims as to what this is, how old, etc.
I just haven't a clue It was found by a friend of mine in the river bottoms after the flood water subsided below where I have found a few decent points. It resembles a bannana but 2 or 3 times larger however the tips seem to be the same. I highly suspect its anything significant yet its one of those things that if it were real it belongs in a museum so I had to post it. It appears clay, is hollow, and lacks real good symmetry. Thats all I know, by the way I don't know anything about pottery. Any ideas? |

keep in mind that the theory of evolution suggest we evolved from apes, apes like banannas. hence early man worshiped banannas. hows that for deductive reasoning

Could be a canoe? I see a boat when I look at it.

I can't hold it to get a good perspective, but it looks like a 'nanner.
