Thanks Steve I was told it was from N. Eastern ca or the Nevada side same area ?

There's several middle to early archaic side notched types in California into the Great Basin. Many of them look very much alike making it difficult to type them. My guess (because of the area it was found) would be a used up Northern Side Notch. But there's other types it could be also.
