Weight? Fossil?

Found this piece near one of my good sites in the water. Its prolly nothing but has the shape of an okra and thought maybe someone seen one before.

That was definantly worth bringin home. I have no idea what it is but it sure looks like petrified okra to me. State of origin will help with an ID.

Definitely a fossil, it has the texture, color, and unusual shape - but a fossil of WHAT I have no idea!

almost looks like some kind of leg with dermal tissue still attached... have no idea, otherwise... But, my curiosity is stirred-to-the-max...

Hey....fossil folks.....please tell us what the heck this is....

[it does have a dermis look to it]kinda reminds me of something at the very bottom of the big freezer that had come out of the package and been buried for a loonngg time
