Pipe-Historic???

Hey all, found this a few weeks ago. I'm guessing this is a broken pipe. I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on how old it might be or what kind it is. It is about 1 1/2 inches long and 3/4 inch wide at the back side. Also, the hold in the middle is not centered when looking down into the bowl (if that is what ya call it). Thanks.

I think that would be a paraphernalia charge in most places.

Looks like Mexican Onyx, and the residue is probably Mexican as well.
