Pipe, Gordget, or Big Bead?

The three bigger holes have pecking around them. Anyone ever seen one?

I believe this to be an old pencil sharpener. The hole all the way to the left is for eye liner.

Whatever it is, it's cool. I'd like to hope it was an old pipe of some sorts.

Does it whistle when you blow in one of the holes? The shape and three holes look like an ocarina.

Google ocarina and you can see several, the modern ones have a small handle but the ancient ones are usually just an oval sphere shape.
