What can it be?
Found this on my last river outing and wasn't sure what the heck it was, so I decided to keep it just for the halibut.
My guess is it's either aluminum or ceramic(didn't want to cut on it to find out). It has a nice patina which leaves me to guess it has been in the river for quite some time. Anyone? ![]() ![]() ![]()

i think that is a recent manufactured piece. Looks like a pto splined shaft?

I thought it looked like a PTO shaft when I first saw it, but knew it was much too light to be that.
I recon a battery core it is. Thanks to all you guys for checking it out and letting me know what the heck it is. Bub |
