The petrified wood looks like Pelican family, maybe limited on style by the rock that was used.
The gravel chert point is an un-notched San Patrice knife. Almost every SanP site along the Sabine seems to have them.

Nice finds.

Well i was praying pelican and your not the first to say pelican family. All my buds find pelicans and i wanna say i found one. You mean limited on style as in made differently because it was petwood? I was wondering if they would make points a little differently just because it was a major pain with pet wood. I also agree with san patrice knife and have found some on just about every san p site but was just making sure it wasnt an older unnotched type. Thanks for your thoughts!!! Its an oddball for sure.

On the wood point I am guessing that maybe they started with a narrow chunk of wood and made a narrow point. If it were double the width it would be an obvious Pelican. From what I see along the Sabine most of the ancients weren't too picky about using whatever rock was available to make a tool.
You can see a picture of the SP knife in Perino's type book VOL 1 on the St. John San Patrice page 338.
