A pair of archaic looking points
Looking for identification as to type for both these points. These were found in Anderson Creek, NC (Harnett County) along road cuts. One seems to be serrated like a shark tooth. The material of origin seems to be slate or something similar. I was guessing the serrated point may be a Palmer or Kirk?
The non-serrated point a Rowan? I am probably wrong on both counts, though. |

The top could be a Pine Tree? or maybe a Big Sandy? Hard to tell. And the second one I'd say maybe an Adena. I have a tough time ID'ing alot of NC points, they all look the same. Here is a good identification site. Welcome to the forums!
