Does anyone remember?

A while ago somebody found a bone charm with what looked like an alien on it.Well I was reading a book about the Zuni.(Great book)There is a part in there where she talks about the Mudhead Clowns(Kachina dancers)This pic was included.(outside of the bone charm, this is the only time I have seen it.)
The charm was found a long ways from Zuni holdings. My how they moved around!.

There is a hypothesis that the Anasazi were attracted to the new Hopi religion and relocated to and were absorbed by that culture. But in Texas migration and religios influence seems to have come from the east, not the west, at least in the Late Prehistoric, which is the period i assume we are talking about.
