Plenty of artifact to go on.
Looks like a Lufkin or Cibalo Related point except for the size.
How big is it?
It could be an Oauchita,,,If this is right you should find more.Most Oauchita are found in Caches.
I will say if it is what appears to be .It is pretty far out of it's normal distribution area.////c
