Two mystery points

I'm sending these off to Dr. Gomer, but he was asking me if I knew what they were, and of course I don't. I posted a picture of these a while back, but never got a good answer, so let's see if we can't help Dr.Gomer?

Since they are from Texas my best guess would be either a Bell or possibly an Andice.
