Is this some sort of Pottery?
Found these on a gravel bar in the river today. Thought they look like possible Indian pottery of some sort. Both pieces have a rough finish and do not look factory made. Only thing is both pieces are relatively flat. Are they anything worth keeping?

Ceramic, but not Indian. I'd say 19th century crockery fragments.
