New guy here from N TX
Have been lurking around on this awesome site for some time now. Figured I better get in and introduce myself. Name is Jeff and I work for Denton Fire and Rescue in Denton TX. I am 34 yrs young and have been hunting artifacts casually for about 15 yrs. I got turned on to it from my wifes step father. He used to take me looking all over the brazos river area in Hill County when I was looking for approval to marry his daughter. That place was loaded with artifacts. Too bad I did not know what I had then. I have just recently gotten into the hobby to the point that I dream about them at night. I have a very modest collection to some but treasures to me from both Lake Whitney/Aquilla area and from here in Denton County. They seem much harder to come by here. Me having chosen the career field that I did gives me plenty of time to do what I love after family time. Anyone that wants to hook up from this area and just go hiking or searching for camps ect.. give me a shout. Thanks for your time
