Hey man.... I just started this last year. Put the miles on and you'll find what you're looking for. Ill at least find debitage when I go out now. This is my favorite hobby by far!

A quick tip for you
If you see some construction sites,,,,Stop and ask,,,Never hurts to ask.
The Silt Fence is always a great place to look,,,,The Ditch witch will cut down a couple of feet then spit the Material out to the sides

I am a pipe fitter. And most people hate to work on water mains. But for me its a chance to work and keep an eye open for points and stuff. Nothing yet lol
