100% SOUTH TEXAN says hi to all yall!

Im from a small town just south of Corpus Christi. I grew up on Baffin Bay and have fished and hunted my entire life. I love to catch snakes and just about any other type of critter. I used to trap turtles and commercial fish for a living.I ve traveled and visited through most of this beautiful state on many of my ventures. I thrive on playing poker. I ve hunted artifacts on and off for many years and had about 15 museum quality arrowheads along with countless other artifacts and pieces. About 4 years ago, a fire burned down the house I was staying in on Baffin Bay destroying my collections of artifacts, fossils, guns, fishing tackle, snakes, fish, deer antlers and mounts and pictures. I pouted and mourned my material loss for some time. It took me awhile to start looking and collecting again. I am pursueing the artifact and fossil collecting relentlessly now. Im totally obsessed and it drives me harder than ever. I got way more patience than I did before. I feel Im gonna find some really good stuff if I stay persistant.I just joined this site and think it is absolutely awsum. Thank all of you out there who share your stories, pictures, and knowledge. I want to do the same. I hope to get to know as many of you as I can. I say howdy to all and good luck hunting.

welcome aboard Slayer. You've came to the right place.Sorry to hear about your past loss.Due to stories like yours and all the thieves running around, my favorite pieces stay in a safety deposit box.As fired up as you sound about collecting, you'll probably end up with more than you had before.Good luck adding to your collection.
