New from Nebraska

Hi,

I'm new to this site. I'm a farmer in South Central Nebraska. I always have my head down looking for old tools etc., but didn't expect to find an arrowhead.

My grandpa has a pretty big collection from when he was a boy in the same area. After trying to ID my arrowhead, I found this forum and I think I will try to let someone who knows ID it for me. This looks like a great site full of info! I think I am hooked on arrowhead hunting now, I just need to find some good spots.

I posted a pic of the one I found and the one my grandpa gave to me up in the "what in the world" forum.

Thanks for reading

I hope to find some more from this state! I have a friend who found a scraper recently in a pasture, so once it dries out a little and we can get a vehicle back there we are going to go check it out a little more. I will try to get some pics of my grandpa's collection sometime.
